this story is scary but true
When I was a child, my grandmother died. I was still a child and when we went to the funeral, I stepped on the graves and threw over the candles. Then when I came home, I heard a weird noise coming from the stairs. I was scared but I was soo dumb and went down the steps..until suddenly I saw two skeletons standing on the lower steps looking at me like I did something wrong. I was afaired so I ran into my room. I closed the door but then I heard strange knocks on the door. I thought I was my mum because she was concerned about my screaming...but when I opened the door noone was out there. Then I felt a cold breeze on my neck...the door slammed and the lights went on and off. When I ran to my mum, the ghosts were whispering, "Never awake us from our sleeping again...got it?".......

I used to live in a house that was built on the foundation of another house that burned down.
In the summer time at night I used to hear somebody digging under my window.
I had the upstairs bedroom. I could hear the sound of the shovel going in to the dirt and then the sound of the dirt hitting the ground.
I was too scared to look out the window and see.
The next day I went and looked around and didn't see any signs of digging.
Many years later I asked my sister if she ever heard it, she took the bedroom after I moved out.
She was really freaked out, neither one of us ever told anybody because we wondered it we imagined it.

We actually just bought a house...... but they left some of the furniture there. The neighbors told us he shot himself in the head in the upstairs of our house- we have a large rec room with a bar up there. Well, we got a steam cleaner to clean upstairs and we moved the sofa to throw it out- yeah, guess where he shot himself. Blood was all over the carpet and the owners son hid it with the furniture. So lucky it came out but EVERY time we tell this story- NO ONE will go up stairs or stay up there by themselves cause they think they feel something.

Last winter I was parked at a convenience store. There were no cars parked around me or even nearby. I started to back out and I saw a young blond woman about 22-24 years old in a light blue winter coat and she was about to walk behind my truck (btw, I have a topper on the back so I have to use my side mirrors a lot). I waited for her to pass and kept looking in my side mirror to see when she was out of the way. She never reappeared. I couldn't figure out where she went so I looked up and down the street and when I pulled out I looked behind the building but she couldn't be seen. There was absolutely nowhere for her to have gone in the few seconds that this all took.

Ok here goes when we were little we lived in a house in illnois and every night when we would turn the lights out, we would hear thump, thump, thump on the stairs. My mom got scared so she went to the library and looked at the old newspapers and she found an article on our house . The editor of the paper's toddler son chased his ball down the stairs and tripped and broke his neck and he died there on the stairs. It seems his ghost is still in the house. the ppl that moved in there after we moved out ,they left after 3 months . My mom still wonders if his ghost still lives there .

i am easily freaked out i never do haunted houses and one year my bf talked me into going into one. It was very freaky because some of the scenes set up were animated and some were live people with props. i see the guy in the scene in front of me holding a bleeding head and an axe. i do not want to pass it because i just know it is live and he is going to jump at me or something. my bf tugs at me until i go and i trip. i hit the leg of the man with the head and he falls on me with the head bleeding all over me and he is not real he is animated so he keeps moving and squirming on me. blood from the head keeps going too. i truly believe my heart stopped but i know that i passed out because the next thing i know i wake up outside with my paramedic father giving me oxygen. not only scary but also very embarrassing

I was just wondering if you know what category you are asking this question in ? I'm sorry but my haunted house is all about my grandchildren . I 'll have them each make one up for my Haunted House / Halloween Party .
