I swear by Oil of Olay products and my sister swears by Aveeno. We both have really great skin. We get complimented on our skin more than any other feature. You gotta find the best products for your skin type. I wash my face twice a day with Oil of Olay gentle exfoliating scrub and follow with their toner. I use their classic "Beauty Fluid" mositurizer twice a day and twice a week I use their deep cleaning clay mask. From the neck down I use Oil of Olay body wash, the ribbons one with jojoba butter and an exfoliating scrub where needed. And the in shower moisturizer. I swear, when I hit the drug store, I am a walking advertisement for oil of olay products.

1)Clear, Healthy & beatiful skin come from good healthy eating habits, if you are not healthy, no matter what you do cosmetically you can't look fresh and young. So include lots of fruits in your diet. Drink fresh juices. Eat protein rich and calcium rich diet

2)Drink at least 10 glasses of water every day as it will take out the toxic materials and make it look smooth

3) Try to fallow 5+ diet. That means 5 hand fulls of fresh vegetables or fruits to your everyday diet.

4) Moisturize it twice a day

5) Scrub your skin once in a week as that will take out the dead cells. But don't forget to apply moisturizer after scrubbing

6) Give facial twice in a month. or at least apply face mask, you can make one at home by adding rose water and olive oil and a spoon of UN boiled milk. if you are buying face pack then add a E-vitamin capsule to it.

6) Don't forget to apply night cream or olive oil before going to bed( if possible take the night cream in a bowl and heat it apply when t is warm ,as that will get evaporated easily into your skin)

7) Add a spoon of olive oil to your bath

Like someone here said....you've gotta find creams that best suit you. But here's a long-term lifelong solution: drink plenty of water. Keeps your system clean internally, which reflects on your skin. Mess up your insides and all the creams in the world won't help u.

I used to have pretty severe breakouts all the time, and then I went to the dermatologist and he prescribed this face cream that needed to be kept refrigerated. It contained erythromycin, and it was called (Something)-Mycin, I forget, but it worked lilke a charm, and now I actually get complimented on my skin!!!!

OK I just answered this question to another person, but this is what I told him/her.

Don't eat or drink lactose!
There was this pharmacist and she said don't drink or eat lactose like milk, cheese, ice cream, etc... but do drink soy milk! I know it sounds so weird! but it works! I was like I don't want to do a stupid diet! but It worked after I had it with it!
she said it comes from the inside not from out like dirt or whatever but it's usually both!
