I weigh 6 1/2 stone, I need to weigh 5 stone. Any ideas

Hello Manwifichain. First things first, I'm sorry to read you Lost your mom last year, I lost mine to Cancer when I was 15. It's very hard, but gets easier as time passes. Your body mass index is 17, You fall below the accepted normal of 20-25, You dont need to loose weight, you are already underweight, If something is causing you to want to loose more weight, do you have close friends, or Family you trust you can talk too? As the caring Nurse said in an earlier reply being underweight can be as serious as being overweight. Please talk to someone. Good Luck

For your height and weight you have a BMI ( Body Mass Index ) of around 17 at the most. You are already underweight for your height. A healthy BMI is considered to be between 20 to 25. There is no reason i can think of that you would need to lose weight without putting your health in serious danger. You need to talk to your parents, or a carer you trust my love. You need to gain at least two stone to be a safe healthy weight. Being seriously underweight is just as dangerous as being seriously overweight. Please find someone to help you even if it's just the nurse at your doctors.

I would tell you how but do you realy want to look like a wrinled prune?because that is what you gona look like if you lost all that wieght in such a short time and it does not matter what your reason is.So you think about it where is all that skin going to go when you loose 1 1/2 stone just like that,just think about this very hard before you go any further.

Eating disorders are a terrible curse to live with, you never see yourself in the correct light

I think your underweight as I have a ten year old son and he weighs 7 stone and isn't fat, so I don't think you need to lose weight honey.

im 13 aswell:). anyway
buy "the latral thigh trainer" it actually works and doent hurt you leg muscles after usin it unlike tredmills or exircise bikes
and eat the right amount of fod per day (not 3 burgers and 4 cokes)
