A lot of the suggestions so far are actually Direct Line but branded with another name. Tesco is one of these and is definitely one of the best for inexperienced drivers. Go on line and get a quote - there website is also very easy to use for a quote.

Another good one for inexperienced drivers (and young drivers?) is CIS. I don't know there latest rates but a couple of years ago they were very good for typical first time drivers e.g. young, little ncd, low-mid range cc, low rebuild costs. For example if you want to get a Ford Fiesta insured with no ncd then they will probably do a good job.

Another good piece of advice already on here, and one I always give, is to pick up the phone to a broker. make sure you have an indicative quote (tesco's is good for this) and then call. They will probably ask for your lowest quote so far (Tesco less £50!) and then try and beat it if they can!

Churchill and Tesco are very reasonable. Ring around a few brokers and see what they come up with. Also try asking friends who they are with. You could always go through a broker for a quote and then the company who come out the cheapest contact them direct and see if they can go any lower. Also once you have had insurance for a year, when it comes up for renewal and your company tells you how your next years premium is going to be, always ring them up and ask them if that is the best they can do, or you will start to shop around and they will often knock some more money off.

There is no cheapest as all insurance company uses its own guildlines to determine premium.

The guildlines includes:-

Personal: Age, Sex, Occupation, Postal code
Vehicle: Brand, Model, c.c. Age, any modification, parallel imported
Driver History: NCD, Driving Experience, Any claim in last 3 years and Claim amount(if any)

I am served by my insurance broker (Broker can access to any insurance companies in Singapore and always obtained the best low price. You may contact email him @ insurebizz@yahoo.com.sg

The offering's already been thrown out, by way of fact the stalker ladies have fired their attorney. i presumed the offering became stupid interior the 1st place, by way of fact they did lots extra harm (actual and emotional) to the adult men than Tom did to that one female. i did not think of it became a honest commerce, in spite of in the event that they have been given a written assertion that the females does not bypass close to them lower back. that would not give up human beings from stalking them. yet then now the females are even stupider by way of fact they fired their attorney and function even much less of of undertaking of having something from this difficulty. not that i prefer them to, yet they probably do...
