i use to be able to eat anything and not gain anything. now i eat something and it's like i gain a pound if not more. what are some things that i can do to help increase my metabolism?

Eat smaller meals, but more often.

Increase muscle. Muscle burns more calories. So make sure you exercise and eat protein immediately after workout. Caffeine is also known to increase metabolism.

Exercise and spreading out your meals through out the day will help to keep your metabolism going all day long.

combo of things, first exercise and hit a health shop like GNC or the vitamin shop, I forget the name of the pills but a vitamin shop will have them which helps increase metabolism.

Eat more meals but small ones through the day

at least 5 small meals

Exercise. If your body is used to doing a lot of work, it will react accordingly and make more 'fuel' available. And so your metabolic rate will go up.
