I can't but my brother can. He is a professiona musician and perfected the art of circular breathing - something like breathing in and out at the same time. Tricky but possible. Aparently.

Oh yes .... you kind of make an "oooh" sound with your vocal chords while you blow out air. You control the whistle with your lips.
