it basically depends if the ex girlfriend has 'feelings' for you. if she has then she will not be affectionate but will either act jealous or become clingy towards you.
however if she has no feelings, then she wouldn't care less even if you told her you were getting married.
but the question is what is your aim here. do you want her back or not. if you want her back then telling her you got a new girlfriend is not the best approach.
you should rather woo her back.
if you don't want her back, no need to tell her about your new relationship, if any.

dont know, depends if she still has feelings for you or not, but if you do actually have a new gf it's not fair to use he to get at your ex.

depends who dumped who?! if you dumped her shell be gutted but if she dumped you shell prob be glad you moved on so easily
