It's not just women that play head games. Men are rally good at it to. Men tend to be a bit more sneaky than women , women are open when there playing head games, men however tend to do and say things to get the woman thinking that they are in the wrong or they are not doing enough to make the man happy. It works both ways

If a woman is playing head games, why would you want to be with her?

I'm sure that you could find a better partner who's on the level with you. That way you won't have to resort to "beating them at their own game."

I wouldn't know I don't play them, but I can give you my old dates numbers, this man was an expert at playing mind games, knew exactley what to say to you to get your affection, shame it weren't true I don't think he told the truth about anything, think MI5 would find good use for him.

If you dont like the games she is playing then why would you participate. The best way of beating someone is walking away. Trust me it will hurt them more if you walked away then to stoop to their level.
