If your using "Yahoo.com" free mail account you can not pop mail to Outlook or anywhere else. You'll have to purchase a Yahoo premium account!
Once you have the premium account Yahoo tech will do the set- up for you.

You have to have Yahoo mail plus to pop it at MS outlook. after that just follow the wizard and thats it.

yahoo disable the pop service for user like us, this service is avaible for user who pay a premium service $2.00 a month
