Why is it that when you go to McDonalds (the multi BILLION dollar company) and you ask for extra ketchup, the people that work there act like it is coming out of their paycheck or something....yet at Taco Bell, they give you a huge handfull of hot sauce for one burrito?

Well say that every person who went into a McDonald's asked for extra ketchup but only used half what they asked for, thats basically a penny per packet, or half a penny, plus at over 1,000,000 people a year, thats over $500,000 a year in the trash. There is a reason why they are the number one fast food place in the world.

I live in MO and the ketchup and taco sauce are both free and ours it right out on the counter so you get it yourself.

They did have to ut the sweetener and cream behind the counter because the little old lady's were taking handfulls of it home.

First of all not all taco bell's charge for extra sauce. i worked for TB for like 3 years and during that time i worked at 6 different ones and none of which charged for extra sauce. and as for your question............mcdonalds sucks azz. it dont make no sense to be stengy over ketchup. but actualy it does come out of their check in a way. if they use to much napkins, ketchup, condiments etc. then it affects their food cost and if food cost is up then they dont get a raise at the end of their period.

You think thats bad try getting extra sauce for your nuggets sheesh. I'm guessing that since they are independently owned that maybe some have owners that hound the employees about how much they give out.

I don't know, but I wish the packets were bigger. You need like five of them just for a medium fry.
