Go to the local recruiter. He will know all the answers on this. Remember, he makes his living getting people into the service. He'll do everything possible to make sure you get in. If you want in, chances are very good that you can re-up.

You already bumped up against the Drug Abuse Policy -- and want to try to get back in?
Just as an aside -- how do you think that will happen with a General Discharge? How do you think it will look to a recruiter when you show them (or they pull up) your DD214 and see that comment there?
I'd say your chances are pretty poor.

Just go talk to your local recruiter and ask him about the blue to green program. They may be able to pull some strings for you.
