And suddenly he rose from his death and became alive again, shouldn't he pretend he actaully died at the first place, as we know he is a son of God and God never dies. Did Jesus try to fool his followers?

Oh, for the joy of seeing many children entering in he set his face like flint looking beyond the cross despising it's shame. Oh, that the whole world might ( maybe) be saved. That the time will come for even his followers if it were possible (maybe) to be deceived.

If your statement is true... then why did men in fear for their lives come out of hiding and stake a claim, hedge a bet on Jesus validity?

Did and continue to benefit.
Life eternal in heaven is the reward for believing. Was he human--of course he was. The perfect example of how to deal with all the trials and tribulations of being human in the perfect God ordained way.

He didn't die spiratually, He was 100% human and 100% percent man. He did die physically, just like we all will somday. He didn't die spirtually (neither will we we will either go to heaven or hell) he went to let all those who were going to go to heaven and died before he came out of the holding spot. Then he returned to earth and rose again. Because he died on the cross we are all able to beleive in him now and go to heaven to be with Him.
