I know that Pampers make Pull-Ups for children over 35 pounds. You could look on their website. I wish I had more information to offer you. GOOD LUCK! I hope you find a supplier soon.

Diaper? I think that's what you mean in American. I work with a 12 year old autistic child and she wears pull-ups, they go up to
x large, she is small for her age though, about 80 lbs. You definitely can find them in the stores for 35lbs. If you still wanted just diapers then you can special order them through medical supply companies, at least here they have them. And you must be a wonderful mother for raising an autistic child, I know how difficult it is.

I believe it's Huggies brand that carries overnight undergarments for boys and girls called "Goodnights" also I don't know but what weight limit are on size 6 diapers ? You might also consider some of the items in the incontinence aisle at your local supermarket or talk to his pediatrician about special ordering from a medical supply store.

Have you tried asking your health visitor? Maybe Barnardos may be able to help. I imagine there must be something on the market because you are not the only person with this problem I am sure. The only other thing i can suggest is that you try making some sort of terry type nappy yourself. Good luck, I hope you manage to sort something out.

A nappy is a diaper, right? In the States we make bigger sizes of disposables. You could look online to one of the companies like Pampers, Luvs, or Huggies to see if they are sold in your area or can be shipped. If they still aren't appropriate what about what we call "adult diapers". Depends is one brand I can think of.
To me it sounds like you a concerned and caring Mom and nothing less. Good Luck!

I am not sure if they sell them in the UK or somewhere they call them "nappys," but in the US they have "pull-ups" which look kind of like underwear but work like diapers/nappies for children up to about 60-75 pounds or 35kg. They come apart at the seams like diapers to make them easy to take off, but they pull on like underwear. They are marketed as "pull-ups" or "goodnights" and are used for potty training or kids who wet the bed. They hold a lot though, take it from me I'm a pediatric nurse!

What about the pull ups or goodnights they are made for kids up to ten years of age and older who wet the bed. You may have to get some velcro tape or something like that but they should fit.

You could try looking in the adult section, by the depends and pads and whatnot. I know there are overnight ones that would fit your son (pull-ups) as my cousin had to use them until she was 6 for accidents at night.
