Please consider spaying your females. I would invite you to think about all of the dogs out there who are homeless, put to sleep and neglected. Pit Bulls can fall into the wrong hands easily. Are you willing to do an INTENSIVE interview, at least 3 follow up visits to the dogs new home where you can physically SEE the dog, and be willing to take the dog back if it is in sub standard living conditions? Are you willing and able to do a LEGALLY binding CONTRACT stating to the above for the new owners of the dogs? Will you be doing any testing for temperment, health or disease BEFORE you breed the dogs? Do you know their lineage?
All of this assumes you are intending to breed the dogs. If not, sorry for the rant. Get your female spayed.

Can he YES!
Should he NO!
no male shoudl be used in any kind of breeding program untill he is AT LEAST 1 year old.
and BOTH dogs should have full health testing done before any kind of breeding, thats not your vet looking at them and saying yes there healthy, health testing meands Certification from an independant lab for hips, knees and eyes, they should be temperment tested by a qualified trainer and should have blood tests done for the many diseses possible including brecelosis and other STD's!
please, obviously you dont know anything about breeding, so PLEASE have your dogs spayed and neutered...especially pitts there are hundreds upon hundereds of perfectly sweet wonderfull pit and pit mixes in the shelters!

Physically he can actually get her pregnant. But, it all depends on whether or not he has the intuition yet to hump her. He may be too young to know what to do with it. If you dont want puppies right now I would watch them very closely. is your female in heat right now I am assuming? Either way, if they are gonna hump, make sure its planned so you dont have to deal with a litter of puppies that you dont have time for. Good luck with whatever the outcome is.

I doubt it I don't think dogs are sexually mature by that age. Although it wouldn't hurt to get the female spayed and when he's old enough the male neutered. It's healthier for them and will help keep the unwanted pet population down.

If you need to ask the question then you have no right to breed the dogs. Have them both fixed for their health and well being.

Is your Pit Bull urinating by lifting his leg? He may be able to if he is matured, but you wouldn't want this unless you want to stunt his growth, which is NOT good at all.

Yes, it is possible, if he is trying to breed her.
Get them spayed and fixed, keep them healthy and enjoy them!
