Because if I mix yogurt with milk and leave it in a warm place, I will get yogurt!! (Eatable, but you have to make sure that all equipments you use are cleaned and germ free as possible)

you wont get what is usually classed as soya yoghurt because that is often a dairy free alternative to (animal sourced) milk yoghurt. what you will get will be a hotch-potch of soya yoghurt and dairy yoghurt - not something you can class solely as soya yoghurt.

yuk no! Soya yogurts are specially made soya milk is a different structure to real milk so does not behave in the same way

Not exactly because you used an ordinary milk culture to start with. Buy a soya yoghurt (as long as it a live one) and try that

Leaving milk to go warm can be dangerous as germs multiply very fast in moist, warm conditions - be careful.
