1) A deceased old woman who needs to be taken to the hospital.
2) Your best friend who badly needs the car.
3) The love of ur life.

I would offer the lift to my lover. Because, I believe her to be sensible enough to judge actually what to do with that old woman. As she has been with that woman for a while in the bus stand, I would leave the matter to her and I would do what she decides to be done.

Well since the old woman is deceased, she is already dead and doesnt need the hospital.
So I would get out of the car, give it to my best friend and the love of my life hoping they would pick me back up later or take the bus myself, lmao.
Unless you meant diseased old woman, cause then my best friend could take the car and take the woman to the hospital and then use it for what she wanted and I would stick around waiting for the bus with the love of my life.

The old woman of course because at the end of the day I would be happier if I would know that I helped to save someone's life( Its the other side if the woman dies!!) But still, I would really be happy to help someone in need.
Other thing- I can get out of the car and tell my friend to leave the lady to the hospital and then go wherever she wants to( that would happen if I dont need the car)

You tell your best friend to take the old sick woman to the hospital in ur car and you stay at the bus stop w/ ur honey. You can take the bus or wait for your friend to come back and pick you up.
