hi, i'm planning a very small wedding (about 15 people) on a very short time frame. i know of many pretty and affordable outdoor locations in the bay area but since this weddding is happening in mid-November I'm concered about the weather. I'm looking (ideally) for a space that has an indoor and outdoor option for a ceremony. My budget for the space is $1000 or less and it can happen on a Sunday but not a weekday. Thank you!!!

your budget is a bit low for sf, but can probably be done if only 15 people. you might want to check the east bay as well, which will be more affordable. if you don't care about how it looks, how about city hall?
for san francisco, if you want pretty you can have your wedding in Chrissy Fields (with GG bridge as backdrop). you can also try the Palace of Fine Arts, but it might be on the pricey side. there are also sites you can rent in golden gate park, but make sure you check out the areas before trying to book them.

Have you tried contacting some of the rec areas like Lake Merritt, the Reservoirs, etc? I would be surprised if there wasn't a building you could rent that had a nice outdoors area as well. Heather Farms Park in Walnut Creek used to have a lovely community room and it is a pretty location.
