Oooo, no way will you know that all Chocolatiers keep it very secret, you have to buy curvature and do things to it. Try your search engine, put in making chocolate and see what comes up

20% Full Cream Milk powder, 50% Icing Sugar, 20% Cocoa Mass (ground up roasted cocoa beans) ,5% Cocoa Butter. Mix together to form a paste. Refine on a water cooled chilled iron roller refiner to under 30 microns. Warm in a stirred vessel until plastic add 5% Cocoa Butter and mix until even. Add Vanilla to taste.

You mix raw cocoa and sugar.....the amount of sugar depends on whether you're making baking chocolate, semi-sweet or milk chocolate. Some folks use corn syrup instead.
Then you mix in a little milk and/or light cream and you've got your chocolate.
When cooking up a batch, you're best off to do so in a double boiler or if you don't have one then use a glass or china bowl and place it in boiling water making sure that none of the water gets into the mix.
Now don't say I didn't warn you......clean-up is a whole lot of work. Have you ever tried to get hardened chocolate off a steel pot?

Do you mean a chocolate bar or hot cocoa or what? I have a good one for hot cocoa- if you like it very chocolaty and not too sweet.
2 Tbs un-sweetened cocoa powder
1 Tbs sugar
1 pinch salt
8 oz milk
Mix cocoa sugar and salt in small bowl. Heat milk til just before boiling being careful not to scorch. Add milk by Tbs to cocoa mixture and stir to get out lumps. Keep adding til it is a thin syrup. Add syrup back into milk and mix well. Pour into mug and enjoy.
