Extrovert= strengths: glad, happy 'ol da time, hyper, always on the go etc.
weaknesses: annoying, boisterous, trying hard etc.

Introvert= strengths: silent type, shy, want to be alone etc.
weaknesses: Boring, quiet, disappears among the crowd, coward etc.

There are 4 types of personality by Florence Littaeur, names Personality Plus: Sanguine, Choleric, Phlegmatic and Melancholy. We have the test to know every person personality in our company based on her theory. You can also try the test at www.oneishy.com.
Take notice that only a few people fall to one type only, most have 2 combination of personality, ie Choleric - Melancholy so the person might show the combination of those types.
