How much wld it cost to charter a plane from London to Kaunas (lithuania) for 30 people going out for 3 days ?

According to what I see A Fokker 50 or Embraer Jet for 30 people
It is not cost effective for this distance--just convenient.
General Rule: Any flight over 5.25 hours is not worth a charter.
