Goats' milk is more easily digested than cows' milk and is recommended for infants and people who have difficulty with cows' milk. The curd is much smaller and more digestable. Moreover it is naturally homogenized since it lacks the protein agglutinin. Furthermore, goats' milk is free of lactose, which means it will not trigger lactose intolerance in humans.

i don't know about brands of milk or milk substitutes, in pakistan, being from america, but have you tried almond milk, soy milk, rice milk, or goats' milk? the last, oddly, while still actual milk, is often not a problem for the lactose intolerant to drink - it contains less lactose than cows' milk, and, also, lacks a certain protein that cows' milk contains, which some are allergic to. this site has more info: http://www.chiroweb.com/archives/15/25/09.html

good luck!
