You really can't do much more than separate them into different cages. It sounds like over-aggressive grooming behavior associated with mating...do they produce eggs? If so, that is simply what it is - grooming - my make keet plucked all the feathers out around my female keet's eyes and beak. It stopped after she sat on a clutch.

Put the Male into his own cage. To allow this behavior to continue is cruelty. All birds seem to be going through neurotic behavior the past seven months. It may be due to the ULF (ultra low frequency) that the military has been using this past year. Keep this in mind as you deal with these unusual behaviors.

Another cage next door, until she mends her ways, I've seen cages with a divider that can be removed. Try this or a hair-net for the poor henpecked one.

nothing you can use apart from a much bigger cage and plenty of toys, cuttle fish and possible a calcium supplement. If you don't have room for a cage large enough for them, then perhaps you should not have got them?
