I have always found that (Stretching) is a good way of not getting hurt before any kind of (Excersize) is to be done. I always (Stretch) before I Excersize, why take a chance of getting a (Torn Muscle)or Ligament before Excersizeing ?. If you have not Excersized in a while than, you should (Re-Train) your Muscles so that you can get into other Excersize routines before you can start the O'l Excersizes you've done before & so that you can assure yourself to move onto other Excersize routines.Start off doing a little at a time & gradually build yourself up back to where you had left off. I wish You Good Health & Excersize cautiously!!! Thanx !!! rumeoui.

Walking is the best form of exercise and you don't have to do it for long periods of time. Thirty minutes a day or up to 45 min. for beginners. And you can do this twice a day. Good luck.

First thing to do is get a physical from a doctor to ensure that your body is ready to start exercising.

Once you get the all clear medically start with fast walking. Start with a short distance and *slowly* work your way up to longer distances.
