I have very sensitive skin too, and i will recomend Daen, is good and the smell is not that strong. Other thing is if u stand the depilaroty hot wax use it instead, its better and the hair will grow more slowly with it.

BEWARE of Veet and Nair; especially if you have super-sensitive skin otherwise.
One of my co-workes used Nair on her legs a few weeks ago, and the resulting allergic reaction caused a long and red rash down the fronts of both of her legs!

Krya is right. Nair only removes the hair above the skin just like shaving. Plus it can be very irriating to skin. Go to a salon and have them waxed. It hurts but it'll be quite awhile before it grows back in.

If you are totally over shaving, look into laser hair removal.

Otherwise, another option that typically last two weeks is hot wax. The best product I have found is "Surgi" wax. You heat it up in the microwave, put it on the area with the wooden stick provided, let cool and pull off. Wa-la ! No hair for about 2 weeks.

I think the wax is better than those other products because it lasts longer and is not some strange chemical you are putting on your skin to dissolve hair.

Veet Rasara works really well i think. I use it whenever I have to wear a bathingsuit or something. I as well have very sensitive skin, you just don't want to keep it on too long and make sure you wash it all off.

Veet for Sensitive Skin is good, but don't leave it on any longer than the instructions say.

I never succeeded in removing much hair with either of these products. Just got slightly irritated skin.

When I want a break from shaving, I grow my hair out for a few weeks (yuck, I know ~ I only do it when it's cool enough to wear long pants) then I get them waxed. Yes it hurts, but I was able to take it and I'm kind of a wimp.

The drawback is having to let the hair grow out long enough for the wax to remove it. I usually wax my legs 2ce over the first month of spring/summer, then shave the rest of summer. It gives me a break from shaving for a while and very smooth legs for while I keep it up.

Don't use chemical hair removals on sensitive skin.
Please just spend the money and Go to a salon and get waxed by a pro. 3-5 days prior to event, since you will be reddish.
You need about 1/4-1/2 inch of growth to catch it well.

Good luck!

Lasers work great= they are not cheap after 3 treatments its gone forever in most cases. Worth it for your face! Trust me on that.

Nair is gross, it's a chemical, not good for your skin, it STINKS and it can burn sensitive skin.

Waxing is better. Or buy the disposible Bic Comfort 3 razors, they work so well, (much better than the Venus) they made shaving a lot more enjoyable for me!

Try getting waxed. The chemical treatments burn way too much. If you get something for sensitive skin, it tends to be too weak to get rid of the hair.
