Hmm, go ahead and uninstall it, now you won't have an OS for your laptop, how do you expect it to work?

Windows XP is the operating system for the laptop. Delete that, and you won't be able to access anything.

Unless you mean the Uninstall folder that restores your laptop to the previous OS., in which case, ok.
