Why are Grades of Gas now 20 cents difference instead of 10?

That's up to the retailer. You'll have to ask him.

They're still 10 cents at most stations around here.

It all depends on location, supply, and demand. I live in South Dakota (we grow a lot of corn) so there IS no difference in price for ethenol enriched gas and regular gas. Sometimes, ethenol is even cheaper.
