when my teacher pass back tests or give us a grade out loud in class my heart start beating fast and it feel as though im getting to scared i guess afraid of what my grade going to be

Don't worry about this this is perfectly natural and a result of your body producing adrenelin, you can't stop your body doing this but you can learn to understand and control it

Do you have something to be worried about or is there someone you are trying to impress. Like a girl or something. If not then stop worrying about it. If you know you did something wrong then that is simply your conscience trying to tell your that you knew you were wrong for cheating or something. If you have nothing to worry about the chill out.
