Yes or you can just buy a left handed guitar. They are available in most music stores.

The simple answer is yes but you will face problems. The hardware will all be 'upside down' and the pickups will have been set the opposite way to where your strings will be. Left handed guitars are quite common however so you should be able to get one easily.

Jimi Hendrix was left handed and played a right handed Fender Stratocaster 'upside down'. He credited the sound he got to the pickups being the wrong way round.

Of course if it's an acoustic guitar it won't matter.

My Husband's a lefty and that's what he did. I think he had a little trouble with the bigger strings going into the itty bitty things on the bridge, but it worked for him. Much cheaper than buying a left handed guitar.

yes you sure can :)

i play left handed and i've had to do that for a few guitars i've played

its a bit hard sometimes cause the string size is different..

theres a little piece that holds the strings in place at the top.. you might have to switch that around too..

Yes, but not recommended, unless the bridge can be able to get setup correctly,
