y'all can DIY by using KBS Coatings. Cost depends on square footage.

Elastomeric available at Lowe's and home depot has a roof coating that is white and can be sprayed on with a dprayer you can rent there. You need to double coat it.
Pressure wash with water, rent pressure washer at the Home Depot. Let dry, two coats of Elastomeric roof coating.
To have it done $300ish for the pressure clean and $1200 to 2000 for the double coat depending on the height and pitch of the roof.

T he cost would depend on how big the roof was.. I did clean a small roof myself.. it was horribly rusted. I used a wire brush to brush and brush it.. then I put (painted) on a primer(KILZ oil base in this case) and then painted it

clean with pressure washer if necessary
prime with phosphoric acid 4 rust
paint light color, white or silver
