well, 20 million people live in new york state, can 20 million people be wrong? and to whoever said we stole the name, who do you think named it? people who came over from england. and new york has lots of countryside, plus mountains, waterfalls, a HUGE city, lakes, and bethel (where woodstock was held) NYC has everything you could want (unless you're looking for a desert landscape, we dont have that) plus, we know how to spell "our" correctly. so..... i pick new york. and how many people have know anything at all about york england? maybe if you live in england, but that's not very many.
