There is a sweetener called Aspartame in it. Not very good for you, and also in rat poison. I wouldn't suggest drinking it. Anything that has 0 calories, and 0 grams of sugar usually has aspartame in it. Not a healthy choice.

Coke Zero is sweetened with a blend of aspartame and acesulfame potassium. It tastes sweet because it has artificial sweeteners in it.

They use artificial sweeteners. For example Splenda. They have 0 carbs and are a biproduct of sugar.

my anorexic friend who drinks only coke zero says she researched it thoroughly and its cuz its fake sugar they use, subsititute sugar, which is usually a chemical, thus it has 0gs of sugar but it can be modified to taste sweet, kinda like how shampoo can be made to smell like peaches/strawberries.

It has artificial, synthetic sweet substances, which are not sugars but give sweet taste..
remember everything which tastes sweet isn't sugar ...
