My son was told he has Wright's Syndrome but I can't find any information on the internet.

a thoracic outlet syndrome due to compression of the brachial plexus trunk roots and axillary vessels by the pectoralis minor muscle and the coracoid process when the arms are stretched above the head, as during sleep. Called also Wright's s.
