My tongue has some white on it. I just had 2 root canals for bad teeth, but I dont know what it is. Every time i search for it on the Interent i see HIV. I had unprotected sex 6 years ago and i got test one year ago. It was non reacitve for Hiv 1 and hiv 2. But can this be wrong. I was taking anitbiotics 2 weeks ago, and i was sick a month ago. Someone help,

go to the dentist they are trained to deal with these things. probably oral thrush or something simple like that, stop worrying it prob nothing

Maybe your antibiotics might be the problem. You should get an HIV test every year. However maybe your toung is shedding old taste buds. Try a toung scraper and antiseptic mouth wash. If the consition doesnt get better in the next few weeks then definently go see a doctor.

Dont worry. I dount it is HIV. I had a mouth problem before thats all that popped up for me too. White spots on your tounge. It could be thrush. Goto your doctor. If it is thush youll get a sore throat, and swollen tonsils.

I bet you have asthma-like me-and you did not rinse your mouth after using your flovent inhaler lol. This causes your tongue or throat to turn white and -according to my pharmacist-can cause you to get thrush if you swallow water right after instead of rinsing and spitting out. So it's very important to rinse with water and not swallow the water.

It can also mean you have an infection somewhere in ur body...it doesn't necessarily mean HIV.
