Im doing an engineering project and im trying to find a solution for trying to lift a heavy wacker rammer (60 kilos) onto the side of the truck/lorry using a hydrualic machinary. Anyone have a hydraulic solution to this problem.

Thats not really a lot of weight. A small cherry picker should do the job. The hydraulic cylinder is mounted on a pivot arm and the cylinder stroke is short.

ok Sticky fella I take it you`re referring on your knob returned? I`ve in no way been fond of 'ramming' mine in, a delicate sliding action, is plenty extra secure and much less painful, for the two events, until of direction you have a dick the scale of a infant carrot ??
