I am begining to train for female fitness compititions and just wondering for my short height of 5feet, 22yrs and 96lbs....(im small i know, but very toned already!) I am working with a trainer but he doesn't have a degree or anything in nutrition...i know he is good though, but thought I would ask others of their opinions especially if others have been through compitions before (this will be my first)....what is the best meals/snacks....if you could give my a sample menu or anything that will help me out it would be great! I should also let you know I do not consume meat and fish (vegetarian)....thanks
