mind power could also be understood as psychic power,
whereby a person who has certain talents could practise through meditation and cultivation of his mind powers. he could use his psychic power to do many things.
black magic on the other hand is invocation of evil spirits and harnessing of mental defilements of evil ghosts to do harmful or evil things.
