first impression is body, but after getting to know them it becomes their personality as well.

Well, the below are based on personal requirements...
First, the look, the body, the height, the overall appearance
(before someone get to know you, the only thing she can observe is your appearance, so nice clothing & minimum of casual smart look is a must)
Second, the way he talks (not too loud, please. too loud is like buying vegetables in the market), the terms he uses (harsh word will get the marks of impression minus)
Third, the way he eats (if having lunch/dinner together)
Forth, the topics of conversation he brought up (this is important to show how knowledgable a man is and quite often girl can know your personality through your conversation)
Fifth, what basic sports you play (a man should at least knows how to do cycling, swimming, soccer/basketball/other sports)
So, above are the fundamental things I (a girl) look at when I first meet a guy or first talk to a guy.

I always think it is looks, first, and then personality...i know many women say they go for personality first, but i can be a woman about things and tell the truth, as iv'e said i go for looks first, and many women if they were truthful they would admit that they always look at a guys attractiveness...it's not just men who are visual animals, women are too. I also think the way a man speaks, and relates to a woman is also an important factor, the way he presents himself.....first impressions always last.

Personality. Looks honestly aren't all that important, but if there is a mutual attraction then chemistry happens easier. It just depends on the person.
I look for a guy who is respectful towards me and is genuinely interested in me and what I have to say. Who asks me serious questions and truly listens to my answers. Someone who doesn't pressure me to move forward, and is comfortable moving at a slow pace, just getting to know me, then letting whatever feelings may happen just happen. A good smile and ability to laugh at life is important too.

Hmm...i'd have to say...some girls like body but the ones that don't they go by how friendly their smile looks or how sweet they sound when they first talk to you or how well their personality is or how bout how they act around them that's always important...some act so idiotic but some can be sweet! So respect the girl she might need it!

Of course, it's looks first but most of the time, for me, the guy I overlooked because of looks I have ended up extremely attracted to because of personality. If they can make me laugh they've got me. Otherwise comedians would never get any....think Conaan Obrian....

All women look for something different. Personally I look for someone that smells nice and is clean cut.
