I already take lysine, but still get one faithfully once or twice a year?

Rubbing alcohol or toothpaste. I used to take Lysine too, but it didn't do much for me. But what REALLY works is RELEEV. You can get it at the store for about $17. As soon as you feel the tingle, start using it. It dries it quick. Sometimes it won't even surface. RELEEV is fabulous! Apply it as soon as possible because as you already know, if you wait too long...it gets ugly and takes forever to go away.

... and no ~ I do not work for the company, nor do I know anyone that does.
