but we have been hanging out alot and doing other things-ya know. Well one day i was on the phone with him, i dont even remember talking about what, but he made this rediculous comment.."I should have gotten you pregnant". I was shocked! I was like thats not even okay to joke about! I think he was kidding in a way but you know he has thought about it. Because he knows if i would have gotten pregnant with him i would have tried to work it out and we would probably still be together. Do you think i should take this seriously and stop having sex with him? Im kind of scared now that he might try to. Or am i overracting and it was just a stupid joke and hes just one of the many stupid guys who say things they dont mean to all the time?

Chick, you need to stop having sex with this guy. I think that he may actually try to. I think that you need to take this seriously and think about what to do if it actually happens. You also need to ask him if he really meant what he said.

From a guy's point of view, that is something I would never joke about. You might want to try asking him about what he said and the meaning behind it. If he was being serious, then unless you're ready to be pregnant, I'd move on from him.

ok! so let's make this simple, regardless of his comment about getting you pregnant and your actions (meaning whether you want to continue this ~friends with benefits relationship.~) There is one thing you need to do! Take care of yourself. Meaning use protection at all times. This way your not worried about whether he will try to get you pregnant or not ( this is of course if you decided to continue this rel. ). So you broke up and are still sleeping with the guy and now he is joking about getting you pregnanat so the two of you would stay together? I think you should let him go, unless you see yourself with him long term and having children he is probably not worth the risk.

you should offload this guy. extremely from a adult men attitude he's mendacity to you. he's probably had extra suitable than those 2. i understand it sucks yet you're far extra perfect off without him. I don't know if he was really serious about it or not, but I would stop the benefits part of this friendship and strictly be friends. If you can't, you need to be on birth control, don't leave it up to him and be prepared if somehting happens.
