I miscarried before. You should wait until the passing of your next menstrual cycle and then you can try again. Good luck.

I miscarried at 6 weeks and passed everything naturally without the need of a d&c. My doctor told us to wait 3 months. Not sure of the waiting time after a d&c. I was on a message board at Babycenter.com with other women who miscarried the same month I did and some of them became pregnant again without a normal cycle. I would definately wait at least one normal cycle.

Good luck!!

Doctors suggested to wait at least for your period to return, but it had no other reason than that they dated the pregnancy from your last period. Nowadays, it can be done very precisely with ultrasound, so they do not need the date of your last period.
To answer your question, there is no medical research suggesting that you should wait at all. As long as your emotionally ready, and not bleeding anymore, you can go ahead and try. Many women get pregnant right after a miscarriage. When your body is ready, it will happen.

I suggest you have at least 1 normal period. Let your body become normal again. Mabey like 2 months. I did the same thing, I had to wait 4 months until I was normal again, but I am now 24 weeks pregnant with a boy. It is possible. Keep your hopes up hun. Good luck.

I am sorry about your miscarriage. Most doctors will tell you to wait one entire menstrual cycle which is one month before starting to try to conceive. This is because everything needs to come out and your body needs time to re-cover. If you try to conceive right after having a miscarriage then your chances of a second miscarriage are higher. So definitely wait one full month before trying. Good luck!

The best is to try 3mth later. Eat more nutrition foods, after bleeding stop. Try this recipe, (Chinese tradition) a black chicken cooks with normal martell. 1) remove the skin. 2)cut the chicken into half not 2pcs. pound the bone not to smash it. 3) half cup of martell. 4) pour the martell into slow cooker, bottom of cup facing up,the chicken have to seat on the cup the meat should not touch the martell. brew for 6hrs. once a week for 2 to 3 mth.
That is my grandma teaches me after my miscarriage. And 3 mth later I was pregnant with my son now 18mth.
weight @3.3kg after birth.
Hope that u can try it, it really work. It's also gd for man who work for long hour.

most doctors say wait at least one full cycle or 3 months before trying again!! it depends on how far along you were and other doctors say as soon as you're emotionally and physically ready, go ahead and try! Make sure you give yourself time to heal, recooperate and grieve before trying again!! Sorry about your loss!!

You should be asking this question of your OBGYN and not on some Internet forum. Please take your health care more seriously and seek professional advice.
