one of my friend love to procrasinate too much. He never do the homework assignment until it is on the last day or the day before the due date then he do it. How do I stop him from procrastinating??? He have very low grades in school and I'm sure he cares for his grade to actually bother doing the assignment but, he procrastinate too much. How do I convince him to stop procrastinating and make him start on the assignment when it is first assigned???

If your friend really care about his grades then first of all he wouldn't procrasinate, he would be on top of things. As a friend you are doing the correct thing by trying to convince him that he needs to do his homework assignments and work on raising those grades in school. Continue to be there for him, maybe it is something going on in his life right now that is bothersome to him and he just don't feel up to do his homework assignment, be there for him, if he doesn't understand his problems on his paper, help him out. BE THERE FOR YOUR FRIEND !!!

I think that your friend and I are much alike with the procrastinating............ But I do care about my grade....... You aren't really in College are you? That's wut u said on another question, but.... 1. They are professors, not teachers..... 2. Not any group work in any college's that I'm aware of....3. Dude, sit wherever you want in college... you said that they don't care much, in truth, if you were in college, they don't care at all....
just saying....

Proclastination is a bad sickness it make you to remain stagnant while others are moving fine and doing progress.

time bound assignments best.
try to to make him to complete his assignments in time.
time planning with time table . o.k.
