A all my friends in university halls have said very close male friend of mine fancies me...I heard this rumour last year too, but nothing came of it. I really don't know whether it's true. Apparently he talks about me when i'm not there, a girl friend of mine outright asked him if he fancies me, he just grinned and blushed and said "no"...help please??? When we're together we are very flirty but I thought thats just how we are..and we have said it's just all a joke, but i'm worried i'm leading him on if he does like me in that way, i REALLY don't want to hurt him, he's one of my best friends!

Well you ahve to ask yourself one question. Do you "fancy" him? I can tell you from experience that if you feel that same way that he does that you will have something great. If not DONT GO THERE. You will ruin something that is awsome and you really dont need or want to do that. I did thwrong thing and now i havent seen Sarah in over ten years.Kinda hurts. So if I can help keep someone from going through that then I will. If it meant to be then let it happen and see where it goes but it has to be mutual.

He probably does - but that doesn't mean it's serious. Talk to him, if you're not at all interested let him know. He's stuck around so far and you're "just friends" so nothing will change. On the other hand, if you want a "bonus" friend, sounds like an ideal candidate.

i haven't met any guy who fairly nicely-knownshows her eye-catching...for that count very lots of adult men do no longer seem to fancy the extra obvious women from television/action picture/track as they are no longer 'real'. i think adult men are 'advised' what to love and kind of tag alongside with it so as that they are no longer suspected of batting for the different group. Deep down, they might somewhat be enjoying their Xbox or ingesting a burger than spend each time in faux tittoid land.

next time when his topic comes for discussion among u friends, say casually but firmly that he is a great friend of urs but nothing else.when someone teases u about him, politely but strongly deny it.ur reactions will surely reach him.he may change his feelings for u or might tell u whats in his heart.if he confesses his love, express ur amazement and tell him his friendship is valuable to u but u cant take this relationship further.dont tell ur other friends that he proposed 2 u and u rejected,it will hurt him.

You must be the best judge b'cos all that we understand from word is not complete....
But U don't have a choice...even if you ask him about this sometime seriously he would grin it away....
I have a small idea...tell him that U fancy / love somebody and then see his reaction....
Hope U like it

Don't worry about it. If the friendship is working and enjoyable just keep with the status quo and don't do anything differently. If he cares about you in that way he'll tell you and you can deal with it then.

So stop being so flirty, if anything that is what is leading him on. And yes it does sound like he likes you, so if you don't feel the same I would change the way you are flirting with him and fast.
