Sure, simply go down to the local Precinct House and ask the Desk Sergeant. They usually keep a LARGE stock of false Identification on hand, and it can be purchased cheaply.
If that doesn't work... call the Office of the District Attorney and ask them.

i think that you should wate one more year but thats just me..
any ways find some one with a really good scanner and printer and just change the last didget of the your year ( leave your picture the same)!!!! cut around it when you put it on your orignal i.d. find somewhere that sells laminating strips (like for you social security car) and put it over it. than it just a mater of trimming the edges and your done. hope this works if not YOUR IN DEEEP SH!T !!!!
