I know it's horrible when that happens isn't it!! I think there's some nasty person out there that moves the pavement as soon as you walk out of the pub for a laugh. I don't think it's very funny!! Have they any idea how many times I've been featured on booze Britain because of this?? It's an outrage!!

You fall over 'cos you haven't had enough alcohol.

When you consume the correct amount of alcohol you are uable to stand, and you will exit the pub on hands & knees (or be carried out). That way, you don't fall over. Keep trying - you'll get the hang of it eventually

If you have been drinking (which I assume you have) then you may (like many of us) be suffering from a certain lack of control that might make you fall over.

Everyone feels dizzy at some point in their lives. Dizziness is actually a normal feeling that you get when your brain receives changing messages from your inner ears or from your eyes. You can feel dizzy for many different reasons.

You might feel dizzy if you’ve drunk too much alcohol.

If you are very dizzy, you may feel sick or actually be sick because your balance mechanisms are stimulated. For example, you may be on a boat when the sea is rough.

These are day-to-day reasons for feeling dizzy, and people are not usually worried about them, even if they find them unpleasant. This is because the effects are usually temporary and the symptoms disappear when the balance system is given a chance to settle down.

That or you pub has a rather slippery large step...

The atmosphere in the pub is different, even if u r very pissed in the pub, u will still be standing.

The minute u step out, fresh oxygen hits your brain ....and u collapse.

Not sure about the falling over, but I do know about hangovers. Hangovers are caused by dehydration, so you obviously haven't drunk enough the night before! (also whilst drinking more may not alleviate the falling over, at least you won't feel anything when you hit the floor lol)

you were trying to leave with one too many a pint and not enough Guinness. Besides, you forgot you left with the seven dwarves. Little buggers they are.
