Headache,
Tiredness, Diziness,.. constantely blocked nose..
and discharge of mucus painfully ...
pain in the area above nose ...between eyebrows...
general bit of pain...
Lot of sleep.....

ethmoid sinusitis ==> postnasal drip, pain/pressure around the inner corner of the eye, headache in the temple area of the head, sympomts that worsen when coughing

maxillary sinusitis ==> pain accross the middle face, the pain and pressure can be one one side or on both sides, postnasal drip, fever

fronatl sinusitis ==> bad headache, fever, pain that does not go away with the position of the head, postnasal drip

sphenoid sinusitis ==> headache acros the face, fever, pain that does not change standing up or laying down, double vision, postnasal drip

Chronic sinusitis
Ethmoind ==> nasal discharge and pain, pain that is worse during the day or while wearing glasses, sore throat

Maxillary ==> pressure below the eye, toothaches, pain that is similar to colds and the flu, increased pain during the day and coughing at night

Frontal ==> chronic headache

sphenoid ==> small headache

Pain over the cheekbones and upper teeth; in the forehead over the eyebrows; or around and behind the eyes. There may also be headache, swelling around the eyes, fever, stuffy nose, coughing, or mucus draining down the back of the throat.

Green or yellow nasal discharge, pressure or pain behind the eyes. I you press on the inside of your nose (between nose and eye)and the pain changes. (gets worse or goes away)
Headache and in some cases a toothache.

Too much red meat, white meat, coke and fizzy drinks, coffee, tea white bread, foods with perservatives, food colouring and additictives, artificail sweeteners,

Not enough water, salad, veg, fruits and nuts
