Matthew 16:26
For what is a man profited, if he shall gain the whole world, and lose his own soul? or what shall a man give in exchange for his soul?
(I sure do notice a lot of people get upset with someone they contend does not exist. I do not worry the least bit about the boggy man because I know it is not real. I contend therefore that each of our atheist here do know deep within that they are lying to themselves...but denial does not make facts go away.)

What makes you think being with the one you truly love will result in you going to hell?
If the guy is doesn't try to serve God and you do that doesn't mean you will go to hell, talk to him about this and that it's clearly very important to you.
Imagine a small blue dot (this is your life here on earth)
Imagine now a line coming from that dot that stretches a thousand miles up or a thousand miles down depending on how you lived your life in the tiny dot time span.
It really makes you think about how what we do here controls so much more than what we do here. The percent of life we live here on the earth is like .0000000000001 of our lives, so if someone gave you the option take 20 million dollars or a penny which would you chose?
Pray to God and seek his guidance he will tell you what to do. Just don't jump to conclusions that God doesn't want you to be with this guy, but be sure to listen to what he tells you.

Think about it a minute..... you life span is about 70 to 80 years and you know it will then be over for you. But ETERNITY is never ending, non-stop, forever and ever. Which would be easier to take?? Besides, even though you don't have your "one true love" doesn't mean you can never experience love in your life. You just love other people in different ways. Eternity is eternity and I personally don't want anything to do with rotting there.......

It s a very difficult question to answer. But fortunatly i dont believe in hell or heaven(no mean to hurt feelings). So the answer for me will be to spend my entire life with my one true love.

Since heaven or hell doesn't exist. The question really doesn't make sense,
If your life is you highest value, then option A could only be the choice.
No such thing as free choices when you care.

C. Living my life to the fullest level of ethics, morals, and enjoyment I can, and receiving whatever rewards or punishments I'm entitled to as a result, both here and in whatever afterlife may await me. No regrets for doing the best I can.

B. your situation is like that proverb "stuck between the devil and the deep blue sea. stay fatihful dear and it will pay off in the hereafter. you may not have your true love in this world but take comfort you can get him/her back in heaven. this will come to pass over there.

I'd have to choose Heaven. This earth life is such a small amount of time compared to eternity. Are you willing to trade eternal happiness for a small moment of what seems like happiness?
