Which wrist is it and how old are you? If it is the left wrist and you are over 40 and cannot remember any type of injury or stress done to the wrist,then get yourself to a doctor ASAP.....it could be your heart.

You have to determine which of the following is the cause of your pain is it wrong working posture / injury / or jammed by improper resting... and ccordingly either give it rest / excersice as the need be

It depends on what you did. If you injured it by falling or so, I would put ice on it, then after 20 minutes or so, take a hot bath and soak it. If you want, alive is the best thing to take for this.

wrap a Plaster around it nice and tight and dont use that wrist for a few days.

firstly stop those rapid jerk n wrist movement then wrap it in a bandage an see a doctor

If it husrt, you should go to a public hospital in case you have social security. Try not to move it too much cause it will hurt you more.

well kind of injury do you have?
if you fell or hit it you can have a fracture.. But if its your nerves than it from work or a sport if u have numbness and pain....
So it really depends...
