First, you find a wishing well, even if it is a nasty one.
The, you throw a couple of quid in it.
Then, you wish for a nice wishing well.
Then, you go anywhere but Argos.

Wishing wells are for showers.... I am guessing your need a card holder for your wedding. Most people will be giving you money aways....
Try AC Moores or any craft store.
Almost any internet store carries them and ebay.
Just type in wedding Card holders.

I am doing it super cheap and just getting a nice basket with bows on it. If you feel that your in a unsafe area- like 5 weddings going on at once or you don't really trust everyone there- get a bird cage or a nice box with a slit with a lock. You can also rent them- my cater has them and so did my florist.

I made mine out of a birds cage. I bought a white wired birds cage at the pet store and then decorated it all up with bells and hearts and ribbons and stuff. It looks great! Also a lot of wedding stores have them, and the factory card outlet stores have them. and also you can order them online.

Check your local rental businesses. Some of them have a side business for wedding needs.

Have someone make one out of styrofoam or foam and cover with colored paper. It would be a fun art project.

I am sorry that I don't know of anywhere apart from a garden centre, however I really think things like that are very tacky for such a wonderful ceremony.

Do you have a Pat Catan's near you. They can be helpful to you. Also if you or anybody you know has a membership in "Flower Factory", I've seen them there.

Have you tried garden centres? Not being funny, they often do them as water features or decorations for gardens, it may be worth checking it out.
