So what should I do about this problem and how do I give my whole heart to him because I want to but my heart has been broken to many times before and I don't want him to do the same thing as the other ones in my past life.

Just take your time in this new relationship!
If it's a mutual love he should understand that your past hurts make you a little hesitant to totally give your heart. It doesn't mean you never will.
Don't feel guilty about needing more time, but be open and honest with him about what hurt you before. Who knows, maybe talking about it with him will help you mend even faster.

you don't get involved in dating until you have healed emotionally and are ready to move on.... you are forcing something when you aren't ready.... deal with the issues that make you feel you can't trust a man. Take the time to actually get to know the man as a friend first and pay attention to how he treats other women in his social circle... see what kind of men are his pals, how well does he communicate? is he kind to others? does he learn from mistakes? does he readily admit when he's wrong or messes up? is he faithful? does he have a good heart? does he use his money wisely? how does he interact with family? does he treat kids kindly? are you comfortable being around him ... are others?
These type of questions take time and effort to find out ---- so don't try to jump into dating before finding out what type of man he is.... watch, listen and learn! take notes!

CAUTION!!!! Don't rush into anything!!! Take your time!! Love is patient and giving and honest!!! When the time is right it's your heart that will let YOU know, hunny we can't control who our heart beats for it has a mind of it's own, just LISTEN to it!!! you're gonna have to give your heart time to heal . you know that. they say that time heals all wounds or something like that. i can only tell you that i have been in your shoes and you have to realize not all men are the same, and just hope you have found one that will be honest with you about his feelings. eventually he will have your entire heart and you wont even know it :)

I really do feel u...Ive been there b4. My boifriend played me 3 ways...but all i can say is trust your heart and dont make the boy ur wit now pay for the pain ur last boifriend put u thru.....

not all men are the same, just give it time and treat him like he is, not like the way others have treated you. in time your heart and gut feeling will tell you if he's the one for you.

What you need to do is to tell yourself that you deserve better. Then let the new guy that your going out with to consule you. If this new guy is treating you better than the last one, then thats all you need.

thats lame.. people will always get hurt.. and how do u expect someone else to love you back aif you can't love them?
you have to put yourself out there at some point... even if it takes some time
