i appreciate the feedback, although some of the responses are bizzare, my children are very well dressed because i take the time to make sure they do, the key word was hard ,and maybe for some its not but the general consensus has been that it is harder to shop for boys. as for the comment of being dresses by your momma ,its a blessing to have a mother to raise and nuture her child so as i'm sure it wasn't meant as a compliment that's how i'll take it. maybe where you live jeans are acceptable for everywhre you go but not where we reside.

AMEN!!!!!!!
You can go into most stores and there are bundles of racks full of girl clothes and then you look for boys and they have 2 racks of clothes and like you said they are mostly blue! And most of them are sport oriented too. I think most of my son's sleepers have footballs on them.
I have found ebay to be useful in finding a diversity of boys clothes. They are cheaper and most of the items I have bought still have the tags on them.
Good luck and know you aren't the only one with this problem!

Definitely. And the only 'cute' boy clothes I can find entail in jeans and long sleeve button downs or just long sleeve in general. I live in Florida. This doesnt work. The only boy clothes I can ever find are jumpers or onesies. He is three months old so yeah, he still wears onesies, but I dont like only putting him in onesies.
I dont like dressing him in blue all the time either. I am always trying to find something green or yellow for him to wear and I am not too fond of the Winnie the Pooh or other themed clothes, so yes, I definitely have a HARD time finding him clothes. Especially when there are three racks of clothes for the boys and ten for the girls.
I always said the only reason I would want to have had a girl is because I would be able to dress her better, lol.

Yes! I have a 6 year old and a 3 year old, both boys and sometimes it's a real pain finding clothes for them. There is so much less of a selection for boys. With girls they have 2 billion styles because they assume that each little girl has her own style. I guess boys are supposed to have no individuality when it comes to clothes.
It can get very frustrating. Especially when I go shopping with my sister who has two little girls and she finds stuff so easily.

I think it is harder to dress boys vs. girls. I think girls are easier, because there are tonz of cute girly dresses, and clothes, but with boys I can't find a cute outfit that does not say "play ball" or "hit a homer" or something with sports. My hubby does not play sports, (nothing against them) but he is a cop, and wants like well normal clothes. But oh well. Having a boy we might just have to start being involved in sports. oh well. But ya I understand your question totally.

You are right, there are cuter things for girls. How about green, orange, yellow, gray....depending on your boys ages you could buy some stuff on the children's place, they have several colors for boys, not just blue....I bought some boy clothes for my cousin's son at amazon.com ( go to the baby & kids section and look the brand up) Hope I helped!

Thats annoying.

i found the same problem....there are a million different colors, shape, designs for girls but nothing but boring blue for boys. Or you can dress them in colors that everyone will think they are girls. I wish someone would design some nice clothes for little boys!!!!
